It’s Christmas time there’s no need to be afraid, at christmas time we meditate to let stress fade…..

What a year!
When I look back on my January post I can’t quite believe what I wrote……’I’m having a what will be, will be year!’ I must of had a sixth sense.
Anyway here we are at the start of the last month of the year, December, a month full of magical wonders, celebration chocolates for breakfast, elf on the shelf, a tot of brandy to take away the chill, first name terms with the Amazon delivery man and much more, wow how do we survive the rest of the year?
My first reply to this is #Meditation (and my second vodka, lime and soda), I can honestly say that since deepening my practise a few years ago it is always my first choice to unwind, destress and reset. If you haven’t tried meditating before you really must, it’s amazing. To begin with it’s a very subtle change but with repetition and focus you can really shift your mindset making life, well more pleasant!
